Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound patient calls promptly.
• Answer patient questions with accurate information.
• Assist with billing by collecting patient information for prior authorizations and verify insurance.
• Collect and process copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
• Distribute new patient paperwork and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain communication with patients, providers and office staff.
• File medical records in the EMR system.
• Schedule patients and document in the EMR.
• Handle telephone communication with patients and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with providers, medical assistants and front desk staff.
