Job summary

Lushful Aesthetics in NYC is seeking a personable Patient Care Coordinator to coordinate patient communications, scheduling, and front-desk operations. You will also provide hands-on clinical support and maintain accurate records for a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer service mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable discussing intimate aesthetic and sexual wellness procedures professionally.
• Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and digital communication tools.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and discretion.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Respond to inquiries, provide general treatment information, and assist with scheduling.
• Communicate confidently about our aesthetic, sexual wellness, and male enhancement services.
• Guide patients through inquiry and scheduling with attentive follow‑up.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, preparation, and aftercare.
• Address questions and concerns with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and provider calendars.
• Coordinate check‑in and checkout, including documentation, payments, and financing.
• Maintain accurate patient records within EMR systems.
• Ensure a welcoming reception area and efficient daily patient flow.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist clinicians during consultations and procedures, as appropriate.
• Clean and disinfect treatment rooms and spaces per protocols.
• Monitor and organize medical and office supplies.
• Educate patients with provider-approved pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Support daily administrative operations and general office coordination.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to maintain efficient workflows and patient care.
