Job summary

Smile Brands is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience from scheduling through treatment and payment discussions.

You will guide patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and help communicate treatment options while maintaining a patient-first, empathetic approach in a fast-paced dental team environment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a dental/healthcare/customer-service role preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine passion for helping people.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Positive, professional and patient-first approach.

  • Patient Experience: Build trusting relationships with patients and help make their dental experience comfortable and stress-free.
  • Communication: Answer phones, respond to patient questions and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the dental team.
  • Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and help maximize opportunities for patients to receive the care they need.
  • Gratitude: Show genuine appreciation for every patient and create an experience that makes them feel cared for and confident in choosing us.

Job description

Overview

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first people our patients meet and an important part of their experience with us. You’ll help patients feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their dental journey—from scheduling their appointment to understanding their treatment and payment options.

You’ll bring our G3 approach—Greeting, Guiding and Gratitude—to life by creating meaningful connections with patients and making every visit feel personal, positive and easy.

Schedule (days/hours)

Tuesday thru Friday

Responsibilities
