Job summary

Johnson Family Dental is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will assist patients with scheduling, insurance verification and arranging financials for treatment.

Schedule: Mon/Wed 8am-6pm; Tue 10am-7:30pm; Thu 7:30am-2:30pm; Fri 7:30am-1pm. Requires at least one year of related experience and knowledge of dental terminology. Pay: $25–$29 per hour, with benefits based on hours worked.

Overview

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll have a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You'll help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday/Wednesday 8am-6pm, Tuesday 10am-7:30pm, Thursday 7:30-2:30, Friday 7:30am-1pm

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for our dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism

Compensation
