Advanced Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Pasco, WA is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our welcoming front office team. The role focuses on creating a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out, with family-friendly service and smooth daily operations.

• Familiarity with dental and/or insurance and billing processes
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and professional references check

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
• Verifying and updating insurance information
• Reviewing and managing financial agreements and patient accounts
• Posting charges and payments accurately
• Assisting with treatment planning and recall coordination
• Communicating with patients, parents, and insurance providers
• Handle patient billing and accounts receivable, including reviewing balances and processing payments

Well, you’re in the right place! Advanced Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Pasco, WA!

Key Details:

• Pay: $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience
• Benefits: Employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays; PTO; 401k with matching; metric bonus potential and more!
• Location: In-office at 9720 Sandifur Pkwy, Pasco, WA 99301
• Schedule: Monday-Friday schedule, up to 40 hours per week, with variable start and end times.
• Schedule Details:
  • Monday-Wednesday:Shifts start as early as7:30am
  • Thursday:Shifts start as early as5:00am
  • Friday:Shifts start as early as6:45am
  • End times vary based on start time, but most shifts wrap up by5:00pm.

• Handle patient billing and accounts receivable, including reviewing account balances, discussing financial information with patients, and processing payments and insurance accurately.
