Rule Eye Care in Lansing, MI is seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator II to be the welcoming face at our front desk. You will manage scheduling, check-ins, and patient flow with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, basic insurance knowledge, and comfort with computer systems. We offer a competitive hourly rate, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience a bonus)

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Competitive & guaranteed hourly rate + benefits + being a part of an amazing environment!

Pay & Schedule:

• $17-19/hour
• Monday - Friday schedule, NO WEEKENDS!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
• Greet and check in and check out patients with professionalism and warmth
• Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations
• Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills
• Prepare for future days with route slips
• Verifying insurance before patients arrive
