Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years CNA1 experience preferred; EMT or CNA2 beneficial.
• Experience in healthcare setting or with physicians is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and EPIC documentation experience are expected.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, update medical histories, and prepare for provider visits.
• Assist providers with examinations, screenings, and procedures within scope.
• Perform point-of-care testing, document results, and support quality standards.
• Maintain patient records and support referrals, scheduling, registration, and check-out.
• Provide welcoming, patient-centered service and support clinic operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure efficient care.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing professional development.
