Complete Eye Care in Lawton, OK is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to serve as the friendly first contact at our front desk. You will manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and create a seamless patient experience in a busy eye care practice.

The role emphasizes warm customer service, strong communication, and teamwork, with a guaranteed hourly rate and benefits. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinic is essential.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Competitive & guaranteed hourly rate + benefits + being a part of an amazing environment!

Pay & Schedule:

• $14-16/hour
• Monday - Friday schedule, with Saturday hours (if work a Saturday, off a day during the week)

What You’ll Be Doing:
