Ottobock.care invites applications for a Patient Care Coordinator at our Jonesboro, AR clinic. You will help ensure smooth scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day operations, delivering a positive care experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Office administrative management experience, preferably in a medical/dental/therapy office.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative front desk support by answering calls, taking messages, routing calls, or notifying appropriate individuals.
• Schedule or modify patient appointments.
• Ensure customers receive the best service possible and concerns are resolved.
• Communicate courteously with patients regarding scheduling, financial responsibility, and required medical documentation via live/phone, fax, and email.
• Obtain medical documentation from physicians and related providers via direct contact, fax, or email.
• Assist in securing insurance authorizations for patient cases as needed.
• Create patient account profiles in the Medical Record system.
• Perform light shipping and receiving of medical device products and components.
• Maintain a clean office work environment.
• Accept cash payments from patients as appropriate.
• Comply with Corporate Compliance and HIPAA responsibilities.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator at our Jonesboro, AR clinic. Our PCCs play a key role in delivering a positive care experience by ensuring that scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day operations run smoothly. Duties & Responsibilities
