• Follow up on referrals: manage and track patient referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with patients and referring providers.
• Assist with patient service questions: address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Administrative support: provide general administrative support to healthcare providers, including managing patient records, processing paperwork, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain patient records: ensure patient records are up-to-date and accurately entered into the system.
• Coordinate with healthcare team: work closely with healthcare providers and other administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
• Compliance: adhere to all healthcare regulations and confidentiality requirements.
