DuPage Family Eye Care in Glen Ellyn, IL is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to welcome patients, manage check-in/out, and keep front-desk operations running smoothly.

You will be the friendly voice on the phone, assist with scheduling, greet patients, and support patient flow with strong multitasking. Training provided; competitive hourly pay with benefits; Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

As aPatient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Schedule

• $17-$23/hour
• Tuesday - Saturday hours
