Job summary

Eye Contact Madison West is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to be the friendly first contact for patients, guiding them from check-in to check-out with warmth and efficiency.

You will handle scheduling, greet patients, and manage front desk operations while maintaining a patient‑centered experience in a fast-paced environment. Interest in healthcare/optical services a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills

As aPatient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Competitive & guaranteed hourly rate + benefits + being a part of an amazing environment!

Pay & Schedule:

• $18-22/hour
• Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (with flexibility to go to Eye Contact Madison Isthmus location too)

What You’ll Be Doing:
