Gailmard Eye Center in Munster, Indiana is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to be the friendly heartbeat of our front desk. You’ll welcome patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a warm, stress-free visit from start to finish.

This hourly role offers $14–$20, benefits, and Monday–Friday hours with no weekend shifts. Healthcare or optical customer service is a plus, and strong communication and organization will help you thrive in our caring, team-focused practice.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
• A team player with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

As aPatient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Schedule:

• $14-$20/hour
• Monday - Friday hours - no weekend hours!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
