Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact to coordinate medical care.

• Triage urgent patient issues and route them appropriately.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, and forms.
• Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy information in patient EHR records.
• Scan correspondence into patient EHR records.
• Assist with telehealth access and Patient Portal issues.
