Qualifications

• Experience as a medical assistant or patient care coordinator is required.
• Strong skills using electronic health records (Nextech).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments, reschedule and cancel using a computerized scheduling system.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators to optimize schedules.
• Schedule new patients and process new patient paperwork.
• Verify demographics and insurance information.
• Triage calls and ensure timely communication with providers.
