Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's ProHealth Physicians is seeking a friendly Associate Patient Care Coordinator to join the Primary Care team at 384 Merrow Road, CT. This full-time position runs 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with one late night per week until 6 PM, supporting reception, scheduling, and patient inquiries while using the EHR per policy.

The role includes check-in/out, call handling, patient outreach, and EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience.
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct check-in and check-out process.
• Answer incoming calls and document details in the EHR.
• Conduct outreach to patients for appointments or follow-up.
• Manage administrative in-basket pools and work queues.
• Scan documents into the EHR per standard protocols.
• Balance payments and prepare deposits.
