Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and caregivers professionally to create a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Accurately check in patients per clinic policy and document in the EMR.
• Verify/update patient demographics and collect co-pays; issue receipts.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments including new patients and follow-ups.
• Coordinate physician schedule changes and referrals; reschedule as needed.
• Document hospital consults and messages to physicians and team.
• Maintain EMR and document management systems with accuracy.
