Duties include answering calls, checking patients into the EMR, assisting with questionnaires, and directing questions to the appropriate team. Strong customer service and professional phone etiquette are essential; healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
• Must understand and perform professional phone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Check patient into the electronic medical record
• Ensure patient packet questionnaire is complete
• Address patients' questions or needs
• Review MD visit orders to manage and expedite care
• Print paperwork for patient education and test instructions
• Check patient out of the electronic medical record
• Work as a team to support department and organization goals
