Job summary

Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our Worcester practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while serving as concierge for the office and patient care experience.

In this role you will greet patients, manage front desk duties, verify insurance options, guide treatment plans, collect co-pays, and help maximize daily appointments.

Qualifications

• Prior dental office experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and dental software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-of-house concierge and greet patients with empathy.
• Manage calls and front desk duties.
• Book and manage a live schedule to maximize daily appointments.
• Verify patient insurance options and collect co-pays.
• Assist in discussing treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at the front desk.
• Work independently when needed.
