Job summary

UnitedHealth Group and ProHealth Care are partnering to bring an Associate Patient Care Coordinator role to Waukesha, WI. This position greets patients, handles scheduling and registration and supports clinical teams to ensure smooth patient encounters.

You will work 6:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative health care environment, helping to improve patient care and the patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service in an office/professional setting.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Availability 6:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients in person.
• Communicate by telephone or video conferencing with excellent customer service.
• Protect confidential information and disclose only to authorized individuals.
• Maintain current physician on-call schedules and inform ProHealth Care physicians accordingly.
• Register patient demographics and financial information early in the process.
