Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Part Time Associate Patient Care Coordinator for ProHealth Care in Mukwonago, WI. This role supports patients and visitors, handles in-person greetings, and ensures accurate registration and billing information.

The position requires 1+ year(s) of customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a rotating night shift (11:00pm–7:00am). A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available to external applicants, and adherence to privacy and interdepartmental

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting or professional environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work the rotating night schedule (11:00pm–7:00am).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients in person.
• Communicates by telephone or video conferencing with excellent customer service.
• Protects confidential information and discloses only to authorized individuals.
• Assesses information to identify immediate emergency needs.
• Maintains physician on‑call schedules and ensures communication to ProHealth Care physicians.
• Enters and updates patient demographic and financial information during registration.
• Obtains required forms and handles copies/scans as needed.
• Informs patients about financial responsibilities and collects liabilities.
• Coordinates with Financial Counseling, Scheduling, Financial Clearance, and clinical areas.
• Provides wayfinding and hospital information as requested.
• Meets audit accuracy standards and works with task lists and reports to resolve issues.
