Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of medical office, customer service, or related experience.
• Current CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness and inventory.
• Maintain safety and sanitary requirements.
• Assist with set-up of treatment rooms and safety.
• Answer phones and relay messages.
• Schedule and remind patients for services; ensure goals met.
• Perform insurance verification.
• Meet first-visit patients to complete paperwork.
• Collect co-payments and deductibles.
• Process credit card payments.
• Enter procedure codes into the EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per PHOENIX guidelines.
• Conduct end-of-day procedures; other duties as assigned.
• Maintain safe, secure, healthy work environment; enforce standards.
