Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, caregivers, and visitors, ensuring authorized entry and using the state tracking system.
• Process patient transactions accurately while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
• Fulfill online orders and assist with order status and modifications.
• Answer calls and educate patients on products and methods of use.
• Assist with patient wayfinding and provide product education.
• Monitor surveillance and maintain a safe environment.
• Support housekeeping and keep the facility clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
