Hive Dispensary in State College, PA is seeking a Dispensary Associate to deliver exceptional patient service, educate customers on medical cannabis products, and ensure compliant, accurate transactions. This role supports daily dispensary operations while maintaining a clean, secure environment.

You will work across intake, advisor, fulfillment, service, sales, and surveillance, supporting a compliant, patient-focused operation under supervision of the General Manager.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required and ability to pass state/federal background checks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Greet and register patients and visitors; verify authorization for entry.
• Process patient transactions accurately using the POS system and state tracking.
• Educate patients on medical marijuana products and methods of use.
• Maintain a clean, secure and compliant dispensary environment.
• Monitor surveillance and support regular inspections to ensure safety.
