FRX Ohio is seeking a General Manager to lead the dispensary's daily operations, staff development, and compliance. You will oversee P&L, develop SOPs, and drive sales performance within a secure, compliant facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years general management experience
• OH MMJ Industry Retail Experience
• Experience managing high volume business
• P&L and budget management knowledge
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Proficiency with technology and dispensary systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations ensuring compliant, customer-focused performance
• Maintain accountability for dispensary P&L and budget
• Develop and enforce SOPs for dispensing, inventory, and sales support
• Collaborate with executives to analyze market trends and performance data
• Lead weekly leadership calls to review sales and goals
• Mentor staff, manage recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews
• Manage inventory using state systems and ensure accuracy with audits
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Support cross-functional teams in improving operations
