You will greet patients, verify eligibility, process orders, assist with in-store navigation, and support daily operations while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Formación

• Greet and register patients, caregivers, and visitors using state tracking and verify eligibility.
• Process patient transactions and maintain regulatory compliance during cash handling.
• Fulfill online orders and ensure proper scanning and tracking in the state system.
• Provide product education and guidance on methods of use and effectiveness.
• Direct patients to pick-up, payment stations, and pharmacist as needed.
• Monitor surveillance and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Keep the facility clean and organized per policy and regulatory standards.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as needed.
