The position begins in East Liberty and moves to the Bellevue location once open, with merit-based raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service and education on medical marijuana products.
• Ensure accurate and compliant sales transactions.
• Support daily dispensary operations while maintaining a clean and secure environment.
