FRX PA in Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Associate to deliver excellent customer service, process orders, collect payments, and ensure compliance with METRC and OAARS.

You will greet customers, verify IDs and medical registry status, operate the POS and scanners, maintain inventory, and assist management. This role requires 21+ and willingness to pass background checks; benefits include health coverage and 401K.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Prior cashiering experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cannabis dispensary experience preferred.
• If hired, you will be required to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, verify identity, and validate registry cards; determine customer preferences and provide courteous service.
• Scan orders using METRC, POS, and related hardware.
• Keep product inventory organized and assist with inventory checks.
• Package products to legal requirements and company specs.
• Assist pharmacist and management staff as needed.
• Receive accurate payment methods and log daily transactions.
• Ensure paperwork compliance and secure monies.
• Operate METRC, OAARS, Dutchie, and Microsoft hardware/software.
• Interact with a variety of customer types and coworkers.
