Job summary

FRX Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Associate to provide excellent customer service, process orders, collect payments, and accurately use METRC, OAARS, Dutchie, and our POS system. You’ll help with inventory, daily logs, and compliance while assisting pharmacists and management.

You must be at least 21, pass a background check, and have prior cannabis dispensary or retail experience. Compensation includes benefits and a 401K option.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Experience in shipping and receiving is a plus.
• Prior cashiering or customer service experience preferred.
• Cannabis dispensary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process orders accurately.
• Collect payments and operate cash register and scanners.
• Use METRC, OAARS, Dutchie, and POS software as required.
• Assist with daily cleanup, setup, and closing tasks.
