Responsibilities

• Ensure effective communication within the patient care area and facility.
• Answer incoming calls and relay messages accurately.
• Monitor telemetry units and interpret strips for patient care staff.
• Maintain organization of the nursing station and patient records.
• Provide clerical support and assist with downtime procedures.
