• Maintains orderly workflow and prioritizes tasks during emergencies.
• Keeps patients and families informed with accurate information and updates.
• Assists in coordinating care with nurses and other departments.
• Operates unit equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
