Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Completion of Medical Terminology and Pharmacology courses within six months.
• BLS certification per AHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under RN supervision, including rooming patients and assisting with basic tasks.
• Perform clerical duties, manage patient flow, maintain an organized work environment, and support patient needs.
