Job summary

Park Nicollet seeks a Clinical Support Technician to join our Primary Care team. This role supports patient care and helps keep the care environment safe and organized.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient care tasks, maintaining a stocked, clean work area, and implementing cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards. A high school diploma or GED and BLS certification are required, with online courses in Medical Terminology and Pharmacology due

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience.
• Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire.
• BLS certification within 1 week of hire; online courses not acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist patient care tasks consistent with standards and policies.
• Support supply and/or sterilization duties; keep work area stocked, clean, and organized.
• Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills in daily duties.
