Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years customer service and/or healthcare experience preferred.
• Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire.
• BLS certification within one week of hire (no online-only).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle interruptions and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions that support/provide patient care (20-50%).
• Maintain equipment and keep adequate records (10-20%).
• Keep clinic supplies stocked and organized (10-20%).
• Perform cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards (10-20%).
• Document patient care and education in the EHR accurately and timely (20-50%).
• Mentor new colleagues and students as applicable (5-10%).
• Other duties as assigned (5-10%).
