Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services seeks a Clinical Support Technician to join the Primary Care team. You will support patient care and help maintain a safe, stocked, and organized work area in accordance with HealthPartners policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of healthcare or customer service experience, and completion of Medical Terminology and Pharmacology courses within six months. BLS certification is required within a week of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of customer service and/or healthcare experience.
• Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire.
• Complete BLS course within one week of hire and maintain BLS certification per AHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide or support patient care following professional standards and HealthPartners policies.
• Assist in supply, sterilization, and infection control to keep areas clean, stocked, and organized.
