LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care and support patients and psychiatric clinicians. You will ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and assist clinicians with administrative duties.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a starting rate of $22.75/hour with potential quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Experience with EMR and HIPAA compliant processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
• Provide excellent customer service for in-person and remote patients.
• Assist with administrative tasks for clinicians and office operations.
