Qualifications

• Six months of relevant experience in clinical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in administrative position preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Must be able to organize time and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and visitors, answer phones, and assist with transportation arrangements.
• Update and maintain medical records and prepare patient records for treatments.
• Enter charges, assist with billing and attendancelogs, and prepare forms for government agencies.
• Ensure adequate supplies and inventory, reorder when required, and direct labs to the appropriate laboratory.
