Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Indianapolis is seeking a Part-time Unit Clerk/PCT to support clinic operations on the floor and in administration. You will greet patients, answer phones, assist with transportation, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient environment.

You will handle medical records, prepare charts for treatments, enter charges, assist with billing and attendance logs, and assist in government forms. The role requires organization, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with USRC

Qualifications

• Six months of relevant experience in clinical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in administrative position preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Must be able to organize time and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in all USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.
