Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a friendly and organized Call Center Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and guiding patients through their care with compassion.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of call center or healthcare experience and demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach while maintaining privacy and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified CMA or LPN licensure with 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or call center experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Warm, professional, patient-centered approach to helping others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and learning new technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and composure when addressing patient concerns.
• Dependable, collaborative attitude and willingness to support teammates.
• Commitment to protecting patient confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming patient calls in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments across practice locations.
• Assist patients with general questions about appointments, procedures, and policies.
• Provide clear information about appointment preparation and next steps.
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
• Document patient communications and scheduling activities in NextGen EHR.
• Triage clinical questions and route to providers as needed.
• Elevate urgent or sensitive patient concerns per protocols.
• Coordinate with front desk, clinical, and billing teams to resolve patient questions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and process improvements.
