Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Newton-Wellesley Hospital seeks a Patient Care Associate (PCA) to join a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of an RN. The PCA assists in clinical support duties to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.

Certification as CNA, PCT, MA, or EMT or relevant experience is required; nursing students in BSN or direct-entry master's programs are preferred. This is an onsite night-shift role with standard pay ranges and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required.
• For nursing students, BSN or direct-entry Master’s programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a registered/licensed nurse (RN), the PCA assists in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.
