Job summary

Banner Health Corporate is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our day-shift float pool in Tucson, AZ. You will provide routine patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and support the care team across two Tucson locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current CNA certification in state of practice required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Record vital signs, input/output, and other data.
• Communicate patient status to care team.
• Perform procedures under supervision and assist with unit procedures.
• Support reception/clerical tasks to maintain department efficiency.
• Maintain complete patient records and proper charting.
• Monitor supplies and equipment and place orders as needed.
• Assist with patient transport and OR turnover when required.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, patient-focused teamwork environment.
