Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Record vital signs and input/output data.
• Communicate patient status to care team for continuity of care.
• Perform basic procedures under supervision and assist with supplies.
• Support front desk tasks and patient communications as needed.
• Maintain complete patient records and documentation.
