Paradigm Oral Health in Tyler, TX is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to connect clinical expertise with a positive patient experience. In this in-office role, you will guide patients through treatment options, discuss financial plans, and coordinate schedules with clinicians to maximize efficiency.

We value a friendly, professional presence and strong organizational skills. Prior dental experience is a plus, but not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Medical or dental experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
• Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
• Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
• Collects payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
• Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans from diagnosis.
• Effectively communicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Full Time | Tyler: 805 Turtle Creek Drive, Tyler, TX 75701 | This is an in-office position.

We are an elite oral surgery practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients and first-class service to our referring doctors. We are growing and seeking a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in connecting our clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. In this position, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for patients—helping them understand their treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Previous oral surgery experience is a plus but not required.
