Responsabilidades

• Observes and reports patient concerns to a nurse immediately.
• Assists with admission, transfer, discharge, and routine patient care.
• Records vital signs and patient intake and outputs.
• Assists in specimen collection and infection control.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment to prevent infections.
• Prepares patients for examinations and communicates nutrition concerns.
