• Assists the Registered Nurse with admission, transfer, discharge and general patient care duties.
• Records vital signs and assists with personal hygiene and other patient comfort measures.
• Assists in specimen collection and other activities of assigned patients.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.
• Schedules and coordinates department tasks and communicates with RN regarding nutrition issues.
• Responds to patient call bells and relays messages to appropriate staff.

Education
