ARA Diagnostic Imaging in Austin is seeking a friendly patient services representative to greet visitors, verify identities, explain exams, and prepare records for billing.

You will check insurance details, obtain authorizations as needed, and maintain confidential files with accuracy, contributing to a smooth patient flow in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully, verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of medical reception tasks and clinic procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients and visitors, determines the nature of their visit and provides information.
• Prepares, processes, and maintains confidential records for new and existing patients.
• Verifies patient identity and insurance information and checks exam authorization during check-in and billing.
