Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; MA/CNA/EMT/phlebotomy training preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience as MA, CNA, EMT, ACA/PCA/PCT, paramedic, or phlebotomist.
• Certification: CCMA/CMA/AAMA/RMA preferred; BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians/providers with patient care and rooming.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient charts in EPIC.
• Provide patient information and maintain infection control between visits.
• Maintain patient autonomy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform front desk duties as needed (greeting, calls, referrals).
