Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from an accredited MA certificate program or hold CNA/EMT/Paramedic credentials.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and patient records is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care and rooming; obtain vital signs and collect specimens as applicable.
• Perform clerical duties including scheduling, chart management, and medical records handling in EPIC.
• Maintain infection control and clean exam rooms and equipment between visits.
• Support front desk tasks as needed, including greeting patients and answering calls.
• Participate in patient education, documentation, and billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with the care team on initiatives and quality improvement activities.
