Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; MA/CNA/EMT/Paramedic training preferred.
• Minimum of one year of MA/CNA/EMT/ACA/PCA/paramedic or phlebotomy experience.
• Certifications such as CCMA/CMA/AAMA/RMA preferred; BLS preferred.
• HIPAA/compliance awareness and ability to follow department policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care and accompany patients to exam rooms.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient charts in EPIC; greet patients at front desk.
• Maintain infection control and clean exam rooms and equipment between visits.
• Ensure accurate billing and relay instructions to patients and families.
