Job summary

• Certification/registration (CCMA/CMA/AAMA/RMA) preferred; BLS preferred.
• Employees joining via merger/acquisition may satisfy education via mix of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians/providers with patient care and rooming.
• Perform administrative tasks: scheduling, chart management, handling records in EPIC.
• Perform environmental duties: infection control, room cleaning, equipment prep.
• Support patient communication and education; provide resources and referrals as instructed.
